Jeanie is a respected leader across public, private, academic, and non-profit arenas and has extensive experience working with boards on governance and strategic implementation. As a Senior Executive and Chief Legal Officer of a Fortune 1000 holding company, she has held operational responsibility across functional lines ranging from legal, human resources, internal audit, technology, and facilities management. Jeanie is currently is a member of the faculty at the University of Missouri-Kansas City as Professor of Corporate Law. Her legal experience and expertise has a special emphasis on Mergers and Acquisitions. She holds a J.D. degree from the University of Missouri.VellNet is pleased to have her on the Advisory Board as seasoned legal counsel.
Dr. Olitsky is a Professor of Ophthalmology at The University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Medicine and former section chief of ophthalmology at Children's Mercy Hospital. He has published extensively in the field of pediatric ophthalmology and strabismus having authored over 60 articles in peer reviewed journals, more than 50 textbook chapters as well as written a dozen textbooks including a comprehensive textbook on strabismus surgery. He is also known as an innovator having described new surgical techniques and designed surgical instruments. He has lectured in over three dozen countries and taught surgical techniques to colleagues around the world. is involved in a number of non-profit medical organizations. As a senior surgeon, Dr. Olitsky brings an extensive background emphasizing physician and patient oriented knowledge to the advisory board of Vellnet.
Tom is the Senior Director of Accounting at Children’s Mercy Hospital, where he is responsible for all functions of the accounting operations. He also is the Committee Lead for Children’s Mercy Hospital’s Labor Governance.
In 2015, Tom came to Children’s Mercy Hospital from BJC Healthcare in St. Louis, Missouri where he was Finance Director for St. Louis Children’s Hospital for fifteen years. He had broad responsibility in Finance, including financial reporting, operational and capital budgeting, strategic financial planning, and operational cost management. Prior to St. Louis Children’s Hospital, Tom started his career at the retail conglomerate, Edison Brothers Stores, Inc. as a divisional accountant.
Tom has many years of experience in Healthcare Finance. He has been published in several articles addressing the gap between Finance and Clinical Leadership and presented models and training material on how to close that gap. He has been a passionate advocate to equip clinical leaders with the knowledge and tools to manage their unique business.
Tom received his BBA/Accounting at Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville and received his Executive Master of Business Administration from University of Missouri Kansas City

His extensive work experience in various industries includes well known companies like Phillips Petroleum, Cummins Engine Company, Marley Cooling, Black & Veatch, Kinnedyne and most recently, Garmin (Director of Corporate Strategy).
Clint has had a long standing career in the telecommunications, marketing and entertainment industry working for the market leader. Over his tenure he has held a variety of successful positions from market sensing, sales, and leadership roles. He currently manages a team of sales people handling the Mountain States and Southern California region. He obtained his MBA with an emphasis on International Marketing in 2007 from Park University. He is married with one college aged daughter.
